Swan Net Industrial Building Gloucester, MA Cyma 2 was selected to provide architectural services for the leading net making firm in the world. Located in an industrial park surrounded by wetlands, the 22,000 sf. new manufacturing facility has a very specific program to meet besides the project goal to achieve LEED standards at Silver Level for Sustainable Design. After several schemes we selected the building with a minimal footprint to minimize site disruption and the one that maximize interior light, giving the occupants a connection between indoor spaces and the outdoors. This industrial facility project is expected to be completed at the end of 2007.
