Ritchie Building, Brookline, MA Cyma 2 was retained to solve the very significant design and zoning challenges of this site by Jai Singh Khalsa. The existing 1883 Ritchie Building is listed on the Historic National Register of Individual Properties. It was constructed prior to the raising of Cypress Street to bridge over the MBTA Green Line. We raised the structure two stories to reconnect it to Cypress Street. The Ritchie Building now contains condominium office space and a day care center.
