Mr. Nielsen is President and founding partner of CYMA2. He is a registered architect in the State of Massachusetts with more than eighteen years experience in design and space programming. Mr. Nielsen has earned a reputation as a creative and effective designer who emphasizes problem solving. He has broad experience working with local zoning boards and planning boards.

Mr. Khalsa is a third generation architect with extensive experience in all phases of the practice. He has contributed to the successful origination, documentation, and completion of projects ranging from corporate headquarters office buildings, to high rise luxury apartment buildings. His management skills are sophisticated. His knowledge of materials & methods of construction makes him a valuable member on all project teams. He is an uncompromising force insuring compliance with construction documents. Mr. Khalsa, fluent in AutoCAD, has organized and instituted multi-workstation drafting systems and standards. He is a registered architect in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Mexico, and Arizona. Khalsa Design Inc.

Mr. Hussey is a fourth generation architect in the State of Massachusetts with more than forty years of experience, thirty-six as a partner and managing principal in various architectural firms, including as former President of Cyma 2, Inc. Mr. Hussey has been the designer for a variety of projects such as the preservation, remodeling, and high rise upgrade of 441 Stuart Street, a 200,000 sq. ft. art deco office building built in 1936. Other projects include a number of Massachusetts Historic Commission Preservation Grant projects for institutions and municipalities. Additionally, Mr. Hussey was responsible for over 280 multi-family housing, commercial, institutional, and private residential projects.
