Preservation/Restoration/Adaptive Reuse

CYMA 2, Inc. has extensive experience in adaptive reuse and restoration. In many cases we provide preservation specifications and documentation for historic masonry and window repairs. We have experience with fiberglass technologies for replication of building elements that have deteriorated beyond repair. In a number of cases we have developed a scheme for development which allows the owner to save a historic structure instead of demolishing it. We have also been involved with a number of projects which required an existing structure to be raised, or moved on a site.
