Olde Railroad Square, Lawrence, MA The Olde Railroad Station Square is an historic adaptive re-use of a train station. The conversion included retail and office space infills the main concourse with an atrium and a second floor mezzanine. The rear of the station still services an active MBTA rail service. The program for the development of the building included the owner’s corporate offices and retail real estate sales center.
