Single Family Residence, Newton, MA Concerned with the impact on the environment as well as the indoor air quality from toxins in new construction materials, the client asked us to use our sustainable design experience to fulfill their spatial and health requirements as well as minimize the impact on the surrounding environment. We were able to incorporate many sustainable design ideas into the project which generated enthusiasm and momentum; in several instances, the owner opted to spend more on the project to obtain a longer-lasting or more environmentally sensitive result.
