Hair Salon, 69 Newbury Street, Boston Erez Levanon – the owner of Erez Levanon salon – retained Cyma 2 to provide architectural services for the build out of a new salon located at 69 Newbury Street in Boston. Build out time and budget were major drivers in the design, but aesthetics could not be compromised. A stark design with dark floors, light walls and limited use of natural wood land an edgy contemporary feel to the salon. Exposed ductwork reinforces this effect and allows the full height ceiling to be maintained. The salon is the backdrop for Erez and his art.
