Recently CYMA 2 has been commissioned to design a number of market rate condominiums for private developers. These projects range in size from four units up to eighty units and up to twelve million dollars in construction cost. All these projects have required special permits, significant community input, and extensive design review in order to gain the necessary approval from appropriate zoning boards. Multifamily projects currently make up approximately 50% of our work.
