Private Residence, Bryant Pond, ME This Italianate summer villa, built in central Maine during the late 1920's, served as a summer residence for a New York publisher and his family. When the property was purchased in 1995 it had been vacant for two years, being used as a 'safe house' for the FBI prior to that. The structure required extensive repairs and renovations. CYMA 2 worked with the new owners to document the existing structure and prepare a 3-year master plan for the repairs and renovations. These photos show the arbor completed in phase 1 of the project.
