JAMSPOT, Somerville, MA Located in Somerville Massachusetts this start up business retrofitted an existing industrial space into an exciting place for musicians to rent practice space and perform in groups. A prototypical sound proof wall, door, window and mechanical system was developed collaboratively with the contractor and the owner. Based on the prototype five studio spaces, a showcase room for group performances, control room, office and lobby were built. Our relationship with this corporate client is ongoing.
