CYMA 2 has provided architectural services for a number of commercial clients. Several of these clients, such as the Brookline Savings Bank and Leeder Management, have retained our services for the majority of their projects. CYMA 2 has also been commissioned by towns to work with small retailers and building owners to upgrade storefronts and signage on their main streets. This type of work is often a public and private collaboration and sometimes involves historic tax credits. Commercial projects currently make up approximately 15% of our work.
