CYMA 2 was selected to provide the architectural services for this development because of the complex zoning issues and necessary variances required. The three-tiered building starts with a subbasement level of parking, storage, and entry lobby. The middle floors are a simple but elegant section of brickwork and tall window casements. This draws the eye to the rich detailing of the cornice and pulls the elevation closer to the pedestrian. The upper tier steps back from the facade, the limestone's crisp edges creating a permanence against the open sky. The building has two apartments per floor that hinge at the corner entry and elevator head house, allowing the corner tower to tie the three tiers together.
