55 Station Street Condominiums, Brookline, MA This new multifamily structure contains six, two bedroom, 1200 square foot units in the Brookline Village section of Brookline. The second floor units have 16' high ceilings in the Living/Dining space. Each unit has a large private patio or deck. The project provides for two parking spaces per unit in an enclosed parking garage at the ground level of the building. The contemporary design, clean lines, open floor plan, oversized windows are combined with traditional materials brick and precast concrete. The shape of the building is derived from the shape of the corner lot at the intersection of Station and Kent Street.
