35-37 Pelham Street, Newton, MA This project involved the complete renovation of an existing structure containing four dwelling units into three luxury condominiums and the new construction of an additional unit and a four car garage. The developer obtained an extension of an existing special permit allowing four dwelling units on a lot zoned for single and two-family residential construction, as well as a special permit for a four car garage. CYMA 2 provided the design for the renovated units and the documentation necessary for the special permit process. The project was completed in 1998.
